So I never finished week 9

After week 8, I decided to take off on my own (or with my doggie). I can't wait to run 1,2,3 hours... I run around 40 min at the moment. We run in y the park, in the woods and up hills... We love them! I also got my friend's teenager involved... Great achievement, I'd say.

Great that you can run for forty minutes.

You might find some of the information in this guide to post C25K running useful healthunlocked.com/couchto5... if only to make sure you don't do too much too soon.

Take care.

Thank you for that very sound advice. I am actually taking it very slowly. I don't want injuries and, although I am ambitious as to what I want to do in the future, I am not focused on competition. I want to be running out there and take on as many hills as I can. I am giving myself short term targets too, so for now my local hill will do (a Graham). In fact, I love that hill and any increase (no matter how little) gives me a buzz, but just being up it alone does that anyway... I will look at those articles you cite to make sure I do the right thing. Thank you.
