Hi everyone. Just completed w4. Quite amazing for Me! Found it slightly easier than weeks 1 and 2 and finished further down my usual route than I usually do, so extended my walk a little at the end. Maybe I ran slightly faster although it didn't feel like I did. Feels great to finish week 4 though!
