Did I say, I've just done w4r3. I just can't believe it. It was slightly easier than R2, so that's a plus. Now for week 5 on Monday. My legs feel wobbly already.

Excellent effort. Wobbly legs are good, there would be no point in doing it if it was easy. Good luck with week 5. you're almost halfway home.....

Relax, you are doing great, week 5 is just like any other week, trust the program and believe in yourself, YOU are the one that WILL get you to the end of each run.
Just remember to breathe, belly breathing NOT chest breathing and you will smash all the runs you have left.
