What a turnaround of weather today! So I planned to go to this beautiful place for my W5R2
I’m not sure if it was the weather and the effect of the lake or is it just my body getting habitual of running. I found it easier than I imagined.
I’m looking forward to the dreaded W5R3. Till then I’ll keep chanting slow and steady 😀
I’ll be doing W5R3 on Tuesday and will post how it went. Wish me luck and here is my wish for everyone dreading W5R3, we can do it!
Cheers!

You are all absolutely right. The programme has helped your body to develop to cope with W5R3.
Just remember to keep it steady and don't go off to fast. Certainly don't feel guilty at feeling like you've spare energy at the end.
Good luck to all of you.

Thanks RobW73 for the advice to not feel guilty for having a bit of spare energy at the end! I was kind of getting into that feeling.
