Having completed week six on Friday with that really long non stop 25 min run, I’ve just completed run one week 7; another 25 min non stopper. I can’t believe it’s actually me. Running.
I started this to challenge myself. In the last two years I’ve lost 4.5 stone with weight watchers and have gone from a total couch potato ( I used to drive to corner shop five min walk away) to taking up walking and cycling. This year with the last stone stubbornly refusing to shift I decided to give this a go. Weight still stuck but I don’t care. I’m getting fitter and healthier and prolonging my life.
