I’m 57 and hopelessly out of condition - not having done any meaningful exercise for many years. My weight being well over that recommended for my height.
I’ve taken up the Couch to 5k challenge with the aim (initially) of getting my weight down to around 17 stone
Have completed Week 1 and last night did W2R1. Quite a few aches but persevering. Trying to fit in a 30 minute walk in on non-running days (and hopefully on run days too but will have to see how that goes) to supplement the runs.
