Thank you to all who gave me advice and encouragement on my earlier post - I've been and done it now, 25 minutes running. It wasn't fast and it wasn't pretty, but it is done and I feel less daunted by the progressions to 28 and 30 minutes. Now showered, sat by the fire and enjoying a glass of bubbly (not the real stuff, it's Nozecco 😊)
Week 6 run 3. Thanks for encouragement!! - Couch to 5K
Week 6 run 3. Thanks for encouragement!!

No speed .no style....?
That sounds just like my runs.... and that is BLOOMING BRILLIANT... Huge well done to you !
Now. as the runs lengthen, just let those new running legs do exactly what they have learned to do.... let them do their stuff and you just relax, and let them... slow and steady .... and just see what happens

That’s absolutely brilliant. You should be mega proud of yourself. Every time you get through a tough run like that where the gremlins strike, it gives you more ammunition to bat them away with if they try to come back.
Massive congratulations on a super run. 💪🏃♀️❤️

Congrats to a run well done!! That "post run" feeling is the BEST, isn't it?! 🏃♀️

Congratulations NettieNoo, you are NOW officially a runner, I loved that run so much that I sometimes repeat it just to hear Laura the coach tell me the above, onwards and upwards to week 7, not too long until you graduate.

Wonderful, knew you could do it NettieNoo !
