Week 1!

Never had the need to try this but something seems to have clicked in my head! So as I’m in Spain I decided here was as good a place as any. Not sure the locals are ready for a red faced, heavily sweating blob dying on their streets but hey I’m only here a week 😂.

W1r1 was very hard as was r2 and I’m not quite managing the full 60 seconds but I’m gonna repeat week 1 till I crack it for the whole 3 times.

This may take a while!

Well done for starting while you’re on hols!

Don’t worry about how slow you are- we’ve all been there and I still am ( wk6)!

I’m also still a sweaty blobby mess but what the hell- at least we’re moving !

Good luck with the programme - ask any questions- there are some lovely folks here 👍

Well done you and running in the heat too 👌 it doesn’t matter how many times you do a run, as long as your doing it. Good luck and keep running 🏃‍♀️😁

Check this out and take it really slowly and steadily...and when you complete the runs there is no need to repeat :)

Hey thanks for that mate. Really interesting read. I am however still gonna repeat because otherwise I’m gonna push my self into week two or three and come out injured cos I’m simply not fit enough! We’re talking massively unfit but I’m determined to do it wether it takes me 9 weeks or 90 lol
