Week 5 complete!

Cannot believe that I just completed week 5. I ran for a full 20 minutes, and I actually enjoyed it. I have never, ever been involved in any kind of sporting activity. I had more notes from home excusing me from games at school than anyone I knew. To do this now that I have hit 50 and literally spent most of my time sitting on my (enormous) bum is unbelievable to me, and my family! Most delighted is my dog who gets a regular long run all the time now. Thank you C25K for making the impossible possible.

Well done you. I’m the mirror image of your story minus the diabetes and the dog. Completed w5r1 tonight. Found the last 5 min run quite tough going but got there in the beautiful evening sunshine.
