Hellooooo everybody and welcome to the second week of What is your week?
So as the days get longer ( oh I love the daylight hours) lets make the most of it
I am so enjoying seeing the colours change and my favourite tree come to life again
The idea of, "What is your Week" ?
Every week I am going to put up a post, so you can add in a little post underneath, to say what week you are planning to do this week.
Sample post (feel free to put as much or as little as you like):
“Hi, I'm Ju-Ju, and this week, I am doing the dreaded, week 5 run 3... help!, any tips guys? ”
We are growing so much at the moment and we wanted to have a little fun post ,so we can see who is on what week of the programme, and hopefully it will help everyone to feel more included on the forum.
Please remember it doesn't matter if you stay on the same week for a while, that is fine; it is a journey and it really doesn't matter how long it takes, it will be so worth it when you get to the final run.
At the end of the month there will be a Certificate for you to download and keep; just a little memento of the fact you have completed a whole month of the program. Another full month of running for you.
If you have just graduated, this will be a great place to keep you motivated, there is always the Quest on the Bridge to 10k forum as well, for Graduates.
I will add all the names from this week under this post. Every week for the month of April, the names will roll over into another post.
Let's get a good list going so we can support each other.
(Come on you lurkers, you can do it as well. ?)
Happy Panthering,
Ju-Ju

No, if you’ve done the runs leading up to it, it’s not too hard. Main challenge is mental, rather than physical... the programme has prepared you for it.
Just started W6. That was a bit of a shocker after the high of W5R3 but I heeded the warnings & got through it. Need to sort out my playlist now - I've been told they are just longer runs from now-on - no more running & walking.
Doing Week 3 (should be run 3 tomorrow) at the moment but I'm having a bit of an off week because work is so hectic and I'm exhausted when I get home. I will have to get back into running in the next couple of days but the past 2 days I have come home and nearly gone straight to bed!!!
Just started week 6. R2 tomorrow. Looking forward to it. So long since the big W5R3 that I'm wondering if I'll be able to repeat the feat never mind surpass it. Where has all the confidence gone!? Good luck to everyone running this week. Loving the updates. 🏃♀️💨💨
On week 7. Started in January and I have been lurking since end February, only started making posts within the last week, had a few setbacks along the way, (my knees!! Hence the user name I gave myself from the depths of despair on the IC when I joined this forum). All good now though and really believing I can do this. 🐌
Just completed the second run of week 8. So happy. If you had said a month ago that I would be able to jog/run for 28 minutes I would have said SHUT UP?!!!!!!. Every week I say to myself no way can I do this but through God's grace I keep surprising myself. I can see finish line.
