What is your week March 2

Welcome to the 2nd week of March’s what is your week. In Some places in the UK it actually feels like spring could be on the way. My favourite time of the year for running.

The idea of, "What is your Week" ?

Every week we are going to put up a post, so you can add in a little post underneath, to say what week you are planning to do this week.

Sample post (feel free to put as much or as little as you like):

“Hi Im Ju-Ju and this week, I am doing the dreaded week 5 run 3... help!, any tips guys? ”

We are growing so much at the moment and we wanted to have a little fun post ,so we can see who is on what week of the programme, and hopefully it will help everyone to feel more included on the forum.

Please remember it doesn't matter if you stay on the same week for a while, that is fine; it is a journey and it really doesn't matter how long it takes, it will be so worth it when you get to the final run.

At the end of the month there will be a Certificate for you to download and keep; just a little memento of the fact you have completed a whole month of the program. Another full month of running for you.

If you have just graduated, this will be a great place to keep you motivated, there is always the Quest on the Bridge to 10k forum as well for graduates.

I will add all the names from this week under this post. Every week for the month of February the names will roll over into another post.

Let's get a good list going so we can support each other.

(Come on you lurkers, you can do it as well. ?)

All being well it should be Week 8 / Week 9 for me this week. Finished run two of week 8 this morning so if my legs let me i'll be out Wednesday and Friday mornings and give myself a rest over the weekend. 4 more runs until graduation hopefully so i'm turning my thoughts to how i sustain this afterwards.

I thought I was on W8 but got ahead of myself! W7R2 tomorrow. I'm doing 30 mins now anyway which is why I think I got the weeks muddled. Loving it so much and totally amazed how well the program has worked for me, delighted!!

Started Week 7 yesterday and Run 1 went OK! Planning Run 2 tomorrow - thinking about trying out a new route. Had an activity/heart rate monitor for Mother's Day so will probably be poring over the heart rate figures when I get back!

Completed W8R1 this morning and enjoyed every minute of it, the graduation run is finally in sight!!!!!!

I've had 6 days rest after pulling a muscle in my back on week 1, run 3. Going to try again tomorrow and jump in on week 2.

Week 7 for me. My first attempt at run 2 on Saturday didn’t go well; the next two have been ok, so I’m in two minds about doing one more so that I’ve properly done the run three times in a week before I move on, or going on to week 8 next time. Think I’ll do it one more, then no excuses but time to move on...

Week 7 run 3 to do, maybe today if I’m not too tired after the gym, then I can start week 8 on Sunday! Happy running all!
