I decided to do my jog/run in the evening yesterday. Definitely a good decision! I’ve also realised that jogging in semi long grass is a bad idea! I changed from Sarah to Michael last night & he’s a great motivator. I will probably stick to evenings as it’s a lot easier. Not looking forward to the 30 minute run on week 9!!!!!
