Hard work

Just finished W2R3 this morning and have struggled with the last 2 runs. Thinking or repeating W2 as don't feel like I could do W3 at all at the moment. Did anyone else get this?

Well done.... many folk felt like this..but if you completed the runs..then go on to the next week and take it really slowly and steadily:)

If you take it gently you may surprise yourself... relax, try to land lightly and if you are struggling, then just slow down more:)

If you did them nonstop then move on. You’re ready! Just slow down as you progress through the program 👍🏽

You can do this, EmmaRae. Listen to Oldfloss , she knows what she's talking about. If you're overtaken by snails, you're doing it right! I think we all have bad days, but the good ones make up for it.

Thanks for your comments, defiantly a snail here. Am enjoying running in general, which I didn't think was possible, so miracles do happen😁
