Starting today! So nervous! I've got fibromyalgia so this could be more of a challenge for me than for others

Good luck I have a blood disease meaning I have low blood counts. This Couch to 5K has given me back confidence to exercise. The race is only with yourself. Take each run at your pace. Own it!

Well done on starting! I don’t have Fibromyalgia, but have had chronic pain for 18 years following spinal surgery. I was nervous starting too, but have survived to week 4 so far and am hoping to eventually graduate C25K. As others say, just go at your own pace (and if ever struggling just go even slower - each step forward is progress, whatever your speed). I mainly try to concentrate on taking short, light steps, to keep impact down so I can cope with it. I hope you will find a style that works for you too. Good luck!
