That's the brilliant thing. Each week you think that you can achieve that week, but that you won't be able to do the next week. And so it continues until w9 when there is no "next week" and you realise that you have now learnt to run for a full 30 minutes non-stop. Impressive!

So well done one w3r3. Onwards and upwards!

Well done :) I describe my efforts as 'snail plodding'!! I hope you breeze into week 4. I found it a big leap, did my best with each run but just couldn't manage 5 minutes in one go even on run 3. So, I've repeated it this week. Managed runs 1 and 2 relatively easily and am pleased I kept going :) It's amazing what a real improvement you get with this programme. Keep the mind gremlins at bay, believe in yourself :) Good luck :)

Jt 24. So happy to hear it's doable!! Gosh well done. It's a weird and wonderful journey..every day brings emotions ..from high to low pain ..frustration.. doubt.. wonder.. pride.. hurt.. ..STRENGTH OF our past achivements wether it's one run or a few lifestyle changes..we are here on this forum and that is in itself an achievement..we All want to do this .. x

I've felt elated every time I've finished a session and look forward to the next one... until about half hour before I am due to go out for that next session lol. Have to get the mind gremlins under control!! It is definitely doable though, I am actually properly amazed that I have got this far and I really can feel progress. Mad to think that last week I could only manage 3 minutes and yet next week, if I progress as expected, I could go 20 minutes! I'm in no hurry as such though, I will plod through and see how it goes, repeat what I have to and will get there when I'm ready :)

This forum really helps too :)
