Think this was my worst run so far!! Had been out in the garden most of the day and hadn't realised how sore I was afterwards until I went for my run. Picked my hubby up from work and off to the gym we went. As I started my run I caught my headphones and my phone went flying (luckily I didn't break the screen) so had to stop to go and retrieve it, continued running and after about 10 mins realised that the fall had managed to stop the podcast. I didn't realise how much I rely on Sarah Millican to keep my on track until she was no longer speaking in my ear. I did complete the run but just felt like it was a disaster from beginning to end

Well done for carrying on at least that one is out of the way! I have just done the same run and mine was my worst one ever too I really wanted to stop I was so hot and soooo slow 🐌 but I plodded on 😊 W8R3 here we come!

Well done Bridget007! I am so glad that its not just me. I thought that I was getting along great and then there was W8R2. Just 4 more runs until we graduate

We all have disastrous runs from time to time Elaine (usually technology related for me) but we continue. The next one will be fine you’ll see. Week 8 wow 😮 I’m beginning to think of what comes next.

That was my first one paulanoo and I hope it doesn't happen again for a while. Only 4 more runs until graduation and then we will see what comes after that
