I did W9R3 again

Thank you to everybody who replied to my graduation post. It's good to learn there are so many good like minded people around I hope you all achieve your ambitions. Also, thank you for the running advice. I shall carry on with the 30 minute runs but adding 10% extra time now and then to nail the 5k's in 30 minutes. Today I got up at 6:30 am and went running. It was a glorious morning with almost no cars or people around and brilliant sunshine. I felt I was free, running just for the sake of it, early morning is a great time to run. The C25K has given me inner strength which I value greatly. On On!

Brilliant! Good for you. That 5K barrier is going to come down really quickly for you :-)

Good on you, I'm the same, just completed the runs but will have to work on achieving 5k. But never mind, I'm just so happy I have started running. As you say early mornings are the best. Onwards and upwards 🤗

Love early morning runs too, feels wonderful running along in the relative peace and quiet.

Enjoy xx
