Take it slow! You will be great. It is scary after any injury to start again (I had knee surgery 4 years before starting exercising again) but as long as your doctor says you are good to go, you will be fine. Good luck!

Welcome to the forum.

Keep your pace to an easy conversational pace, as explained in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5... and you will enjoy it more as well as keeping your injury risk minimal.

Enjoy your journey.

Hoping you have had the go ahead from your dr?? If not, check! It should be reassuring and make you aware of any temporary limitations. Good luck! 😀
