I did week 3 run 3 today and found it the toughest yet... I think I spent much of the first 3 minute run shouting "I'm gonna die...!" Fortunately my 13 year old son was jogging with me (backwards!!!!.. that's how slow I was going!!!!) and shouting encouragement... Goodness knows what the people of Conwy Bay thought... It's a good job I'm only here for the day and going home soon! 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Well done for finishing W3 😊. It’s R3 of W3 for me on Tuesday (completed R2 today). I found R2 way harder than R1 so not overly looking forward to R3!! Lol!
