Just Managed half of the run for week 8 run 2. Only 13 minutes of it but considering it is still 25 degrees plus here I am pleased with that. I did learn a lesson though...i am definitely a before food runner!!! I will try again when cooler...and on a much emptied stomach!!! (This was at half past 9 at night...not blazing sun)

Thankyou for being so concerned. (I still find it amazing that so many people seem genuinely concerned and proud of me!) . I dont plan on running again until Saturday or Sunday and havent ran since last Thursday as leave lots of days between for strength excercises etc. Just needed to get out after a stressful few days. X

I understand totally.... I get a real attack of the Grunplies if I can't run :) The weather is so humid.. certainly here anyway...running is really tricky!

Very humid here too which is why I knew to stop. Amazing how this program has not only taught me to run, it has taught me to really listen to my body too x

Thankyou! Feel much better for going even though I knew deep down that I wouldn't be able to complete the run x

So you should be pleased, running in this crazy heat is hard. Like you say , try again when cooler I'm sure it will be a lot better for you. Good luck 😊

Well done on getting out there, it's awful for running at the mo! 😓 I have the same problem with running if I've eaten...usually run after work which is 4 hours after a light lunch. In this heat I tried a light tea and ran a couple of hours later but it gave me problems...may have to starve myself until it's cool enough to run tonight 😏

No chance of running here tonight! 34 degrees and getting hotter. Be careful wherever you are if you are going tonight x
