Running Bug

I read on here about people getting a bit addicted to running and I thought, as they predicted "that will never be me". Maybe it will change as I am only on week 2 but I am actually feeling sad that I can't run tomorrow (!!) as it is my rest day and I know I should be sensible and rest.

But how mad is that, I want to get up and run!!!!

Uh-oh! Sounds like another “victim”🤣🤣🤣

If you think about all the things in this world you could be addicted to - this has gotta be the best!

Well done you on making such a positive step for your physical and mental health 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Same here! Achilles hurting today so resting instead of running and feeling quite frustrated! I had never even run for a bus before I started this programme! 🤣

I’m sure you will get there, just trust in the c25k program, follow it to the letter. I graduated in December and can now do 8 and half miles!! I never ever thought I would be able to do that, good luck in your new and amazing journey xx
