Well after Monday's disastrous run today went better. Didn't quite manage to complete all runs in full but much better than run1. I will smash this even if it takes an extra week.

Well done! It doesn’t matter how many times it takes as long as you never give up 😀😀😀

My w4r2 was better also - I did a running playlist and had the bunnymen ‘never stop’ on for the middle 3 mins of the last 5min run - quite apt! Hoping Friday is a breeze! 😜😳

I didn’t quite make the full first 5mins in wk4r1 on Monday. I stopped for walk before 4mins mark and then was really annoyed when voice said one minute to go so started up again very slowly. Arghhh. I did the others including last 5 mins though so felt bit better. But boy my thighs felt very sore yesterday. Still today and was planning to try 2nd run or maybe better still repeat first.i didn’t sleep much last night and thighs still feel soresnd only Just Home from work. Just thinking maybe rest again today and try tomorrow. Any tips running with sore muscles please.

I usually find that if I keep moving the sore muscles wear off☺

I did it today. My right thigh was still a bit sore but took it nice and steady. So happy with my wk4r2. I found a YouTube link about slow jogging that someone posted and kept it nice and slow on the 5mins runs and I did it. Yay. Looking forward to r3 now.

Just back from wk5r2 and I did it!! So happy. The first 8mins run was tough towards the end but I persevered. Oh I’m dreading the 20mins in r3!!
