I was apprehensive about tonight’s run as I found R1very difficult, especially the last 5min run and 5 min walk which was all up hill. I thought about changing my route tonight to a more flatter one but decided to do exactly the same but slow it down a little to make it easier, to see the difference. I found it so much better than R1 and I even ran .1 km more and a slightly faster pace too even though I thought I’d slowed the pace. I’m loving the way I’m getting stronger after each run💪 Looking forward to R3 already and I’m not even out of my running gear 😃 ** For those who say they can’t run, persevere, it’s tough at first but I promise you it gets easier and more enjoyable and I never thought I’d say that in week 4 😊

Great job :) And speedy too, you def seem to be going a lot further than me in that time. Also doing W4R2 this evening, wouldn't say I've quite reached that point yet of looking forward to it though!
