Week 3 Run 1 - Sunshine and endorphins

I was really looking forward to this run, a bit of a chance to test myself and see if I could go for longer. Sunshine, a cool breeze, good music and cows in the fields, it was awesome! It must just be one of those days when things come together to leave you feeling good. My left shin decided to seize up for the second half but it didn’t matter, it was just perfect. Hope everyone else is getting some sunshine too! ☀️
