Here's another weekly video following my progress on the Couch To 5K programme. This is week 5 where I contemplate whether I can actually run for 20 whole minutes and wonder if I've been using my washing machine correctly.

Excellent! I recognise the "high" you experienced on doing the 20 minutes - I just did it myself last week and felt like punching the air. Just about to start W6 run 2, and the 25 minute finale looms on Friday. I look forward to seeing how you dealt with it.
Thanks Hericus. I concur with your feelings. Still can’t quite believe 20 minutes!! I wish you well for rest of W6 and the 25 minutes. If we can do 20 then 25 is a dead cert! 😊🏃♂️

Thanks Furlmouse. I still can't quite believe it, to be honest. I'm going out for the Week 6 25 minuter later TODAY!!!! [gulp] Update to follow in my video tomorrow (if I make it back in one piece).
