Was feeling like crap as have an infection in my gum and am on antibiotics but was determined to stick to plan and undertake this run last night. So off I went to the gym determined that I was going to do this. Within minutes of starting to run the sweating was dripping off of me but I kept going and completed my 25 mins. Although I was absolutely soaking in sweat I felt so much better for having completed my run and even managed a wee bit faster than previously. Still not enjoying running but love the feeling of achievement once Ive completed it.

Its so strange isn't it, feel like crap before it and feel better afterwards, not that I'm complaining!
