It's not a small victory. It's a HUGE victory as you have made the decision to make a change. Many think it. Many want it. You DID IT!

Just keep it nice and slow. Think 'dying man stumbling in desert' sort of pace.

Make sure you take your rest days and make sure you come in here and tell us how you are getting on.
