Nearly whimped out of my run this evening due to horrible weather - rain, wind and cold! Glad I went though, it wasn't nearly as bad as I imagined, and for once I didn't get too hot! A much better run today than the last two, which I struggled with. Quite pleased π

I was the same as you on Saturday morning, but itβs not that bad really is it?! And as you say, you donβt get as hot. Well done to you, Week 9 here you come! πββοΈπββοΈπ€ΈββοΈπββοΈππ

Yes, I started in March and being a fair weather person, I moved into the gym. I was a bit scared of the treadmill (or the thought of falling off) but with hubby running alongside, I did well. I found it a bit easier on my knees in those early days. Last week I hit the Southsea prom again and despite a strong cold easterly I just loved W8R2 running next to the sea. Looking forward to park run on the prom when the sun comes out again. Who'd have thought we could run 25 mins at the start?
