I have only just started running, I'm just at the end of week 2, but my knees are in so much pain. I'm going to miss some runs now and rest them because they hurt that badly.
Has anyone else got pain in their knee caps? Do you think its the surface I'm running on being too hard? Or my shoes maybe not being correct for my style of running?
Any advice on how to treat it would be much appreciated, the runs themselves don't seem to be too tiring or hard for me, it's just my knees that make me want to stop!!
