Well there was me thinking this would be a doddle! How wrong was I, nearly 2 days later and I still feel like I’ve walked up Ben Nevis again! Hope this gets easier!

Week 1, Run 1
It certainly isn't a doddle! It's hard - but you've done it wk 1 r1 - tick!. So feel smug rest and recover. Next time go slower. . . .
It does!
I repeated Week 1 (...seriously unfit ...), and now, half way through Week 2 I don't feel as heavy and cumbersome as I did when I first started. It's still tough, but you do feel better about it being tough
I too was really stiff and aching after W1R1 and had to wait 3 days before R2 but have pressed on and now to do 20 mins tomorrow W5R3. You will get there , it will get easier and you will amaze yourself.
I found week 1, run 1 hard going. My legs really ached the next morning and I wondered if I'd be able to do run 2. I did, though. Next day was achy but after run 3 all was ok. The muscles realised I was serious and stopped protesting.
You can, and probably are, making it difficult for yourself by going too fast.

Enjoy your journey.
I found the first run awful, but kept going. It does get better believe me! Just take it slow and steady. Today I completed W9 R3 - I honestly didn't think I would be here but I am! Keep going, you will get there too! 😁
