Last year I started and gave up after week 3 having repeated each week twice!! This year I’m feeling much healthier in general and completed the 9 weeks (in about 12!)
Week 6 was done a no of times because of the snow & then I got shin splints! New proper trainers sorted that out but after my last 2 x 30 mins runs I’m getting heel pain- in the side not under - wondering what’s happened and whether to take a break?
Next up once my heel calms down is to increase my speed as although running 30 mins I’m not quite up to 5k!
