Newbie getting better!!

W2r3 feeling great after my run I can feel it getting a bit easier as the week goes on ...3rd run always seems better for me ...I hope I can keep improving ...Happy days

It is challenging - you just get to feeling you are 'comfortable' and then the times increase :) But - slow and steady is how we get there. :)

Less than 10% graduate in 9 weeks/with distance which means the vast majority of us had to repeat stages before moving on :) I think it took me something like thirteen weeks and a bit.

After being on the IC for a few months recently I did the whole programme from scratch again. It's given me a much firmer foundation and was a lot of fun ( if sometimes frustrating in the first few weeks though) as I 'knew' it was possible so instead of stressing about 'can I do it' I was able to concentrate on form, pace, what my body actually does when I run and so on :)

Wishing you many happy miles in your future and good on you for sticking with it - most people seem to drop out in the second week so you are ahead of the game already :)
