Today's run seemed to go better. I took a completely different route , still flat but not as exposed as usual. I remembered some of the tips given by forum friends, such as walking longer to warm up and remember that the first 10 to 15 minutes are the hardest. That seemed to do the trick although I didn't run all the way. I actually enjoyed a far amount. I have no idea how long or how far I ran, but it seemed a long way. I will work it out by hook or crook,

getting better?
Ooh - this is like a mystery puzzle. Different route, flatter, walking, warming up and running. But we don't know how far or for how long....
Looking forward to the next one - please give me just a hint, so I know if it is better or worse. In all seriousness though, enjoying it and not focussing on the distance/speed is a really nice place to be. Sometimes we get caught up in the statistics and forget enjoy the actual experience.
Happy running next time out
Very well done you...just keep it very slow and steady and you will be fine
Hi p1M213, thats a great distance today. I see you haven't applied for your c25k Graduate badge. Maybe wearing this will also help make your run more enjoyable.
Ask for it here....its all ready and waiting for you....😊x
