Delighted to have completed W7R3 yesterday morning, in the rain :-(

I normally do Mon-Wed-Fri, but due to aching quads since end of Week 5 (the dreaded first 20 minutes solid) my routine went out a bit. I was planning to return to Mon-Wed-Fri this week, starting W8R1 tomorrow morning. However, our weather forecaset for the South East coast at 6am tomorrow is heavy rain and 44mph winds - so I think it's Tue-Thu-Sat again this week! I'm rather hoping I'll barely notice the step up from 25 to 28 minutes, fingers crossed.

Well done to everyone for their achievements this week and good luck for next :) x
