Week 9 Done!

Woohoo just completed run 3 and put in my post on the graduates thread.

What do others plan to do after they complete the programme?

I'm keeping going (obviously 😀) and want to get so the 30 mins gets a little easier to do. Then on to 5K runs - at the moment I'm running nearer 4K than 5K. That's my next goal - which for me is important. Otherwise it will be to easy to just stop after a while and I don't want to do that.

But for now I'm off for a shower 😅

Congratulations 🎉🏅. I just graduated during the week so I’ve one had one run since which I found tough. My plan is to consolidate for a few weeks so it gets easier/not as tough then aim for the 5km, I’m like yourself on around 4km so I’d love to do the 5 km but in a slightly better time than present. Good luck, keep going. Check out bridge to 10km too.

Many congratulations on your graduation fellow runner.

Targets for the future are crucial, as suggested in the guide to post C25K running healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Keep running, keep smiling.

Yikes! Not planning anything that ambitious. Good luck with that step up in distance.

I just enjoyed running any how I pleased for a bit. In fact I’m still doing that ☺️I am finding I’m sticking to either the 30 minutes or 5K for now. Might start trying to up my distance but I need to slow down to do that and I’ve got no sense of my pace. I’m just trying to learn more about the feel of each run. Good luck and enjoy!
