I only managed 24 minutes this morning, I had a small issue at the lower aspect of my left knee, which I noticed about 10 hours after my last run. ( which had been my favourite run so far).
Yesterday at work I was aware of it, but it is vague, not even able to describe it as a pain. It wasn't noticeable when did my 5 minute walk, but I felt it once I started running.
I really wanted to do the 30 minutes, but just couldn't push myself to finish.
Once I checked my max speed I noticed that I had gone 0.4 kmph faster than my last run, (not intentionally) so maybe it was that.
This is the first time I have not completed a run, so I will try not to give myself a hard time. Disappointed though 😶😐
