Well done! Soreness does diminish as your legs get used to longer runs. Don’t forget to do your stretches at the end of a session.

Having plenty of legs must make you faster though 😁😁😁
Just kidding, I can still feel the agony of it, in fact my neck and shoulders started to hurt at around that stage.
