Well what can I say.. Only for the first time of starting this programme did I really q me self why!? Today was so hard not sure if it was sycological or if it's the fact it's the first one after my 2 rest days?? But struggled with this one ☹️ Hope R2 is better 🤔 I really don't want to lose the motivation for the first time in my adult life I have found concerning my well being, so here's hoping this was just a blip.!!😕🏃

Brilliant Linda. Honestly. So hard. But you did it! There's your motivation right there. You are doing it and you're doing it even though it's hard. You've done it once, you can do it again. Each time, your body is getting stronger. Trust the programme and trust yourself. And well done again :)

Thank you Mcfatty, think because up until this week I have found it ok and not really emotionally struggled that it kinda rocked my confidence 🤔 But yes your right I did do it, and further more can do it 👏 Will probably lean on you guys for moral support this week it's hard having nobody doing it along side me or even havin hubbys support he thinks if u don't like it don't do it umph not much encouragement there then😡 he not mean btw but overweight and not healthy so think he gets a bit miffed that I'm trying to better me self when he feels he can't although I have tried to encourage him along this journey with me he thinks cycling is a better option.! Each to our own I guess! Okay now I'm rambling lol but thank you for the kind words of encouragement muchly appreciated.😍

Like you, I have little or no interest from anyone at home and this is why this forum is SO important. I would never and I mean never have made it through without the support of the amazing people on here. Keep posting, ask for help if you need it and enjoy seeing yourself go from couch potato to runner :)

Everyone has hard runs at times. There's sometimes no rhyme or reason for it. But you pushed through and did it! Remember how great you feel after those good runs and take that with you into your next one. :)

Any trip out of the door is an achievement and you finished it. Some are harder than others but they help build us for the next one. You have already completed 3 weeks which is brilliant. Relax and try to enjoy the next one - just tell those gremlins to bu**er off !!

Keep with it and slow down, I've found week 4 the hardest, but I'm only on week 7. Lol. Take care 🌟🌟🌟

It's funny how you get the odd run like that.. my last run made me feel a bit down. I had chronic stitch for the last two or three minutes, head wind and I just wasn't feeling it. Hopefully our next runs will be better. From past experience they usually are. I am heading out tomorrow first thing - nice weather and according to the forecast, not much wind - hurrah! :-D

I did suffer from stich a lot the first 2 weeks but now I follow Laura and drink a big glass of water before I go and can thankfully say not had one since. Ty for the support.👍🏻😊
