Hi everyone this is my first post here, I just wanted to share that I've done my first parkrun and to encourage anyone thinking about trying parkrun to go for it (obviously use your common sense, only try when you're ready)! I'd also like to thank the community here for encouraging me to get this far in c25k.

Well done! But, looking at that time tells me you're young and reasonably fit already, as most coming onto c25k are not, then to "go for it" as you say can't be recommended.

By all means Parkrun can be started at that stage in c25k incorporating a c25k run which is what I did, but not to expect times as mentioned..

i don't think my age/ previous fitness level should change the fact that i've achieved something i'm proud of and wanted to share. However I have heeded your advice and edited my post a bit.
