Today was W8 R3. I'm still gob-smacked that I can run for 28 minutes....and I'm EAGER for Monday's 30-minute run.
I'm not fast. I'm running at 4.8 mph and my my son is crushing it at 6 mph...but that's cool. Once I conquer 30 minutes, I'll start pumping it up .2 mph each day until I get to my target speed.
I'm pretty sure that since I've been able to do THIS, I can pretty much do anything I put my mind to, lol.
