Hi all I can say is you can even if you think that you can't you can . 90% of the battle is in your head I never thought that I could do it I am 52 asthmatic and never ran before but I graduated in November and I nearly cried I was so proud. Don't look at it as I don't know if I can do it look at it that "I have got this . I can do this . I will do this." Whenever I was running and finding it hard I slowed down smiled and kept repeating in my head I will do this I will definitely do this. I made sure that I went out listening to music that made me happy and I could get lost in and I planned where I would run. There's a sense of contentment when you finish something that you thought was impossible, good luck .
