So tomorrow is the day

Well I had a few down weeks. Just couldn't get motivated had no time and weather was rubbish.

Then I realised my first 5k run is this week! Tomorrow in fact. So started running again last week picked up where I left off at 25 mins run struggled a bit but pushed through it. Decided to jump the other weeks to week 9 to run for 30mins and was determined to do it. Well I have successfully been running for 30mins non stop this week woop woop. Only achieving 3km in that time though (I don't count the walking). But I'm very excited for the run tomorrow whether I manage to run the whole 5k or not I'm looking forward to the experience and raising money for a great local charity!

I'm more chuffed I've found my running mojo again wooooohooooo. I'll post some pics for those who are interested as it's a rainbow run where we get sprayed with paint as we go.

Well done, but it is always better to follow a progressive training plan closely, otherwise you may increase your injury risk.
