Tomorrow is the day!

So I'm in the 17 stone bracket now (just) and was nearly at the 21 bracket when I started this. (That's only two stone lost but sounds way better when you say it like that!!) I'm running the cancer research race for life tomorrow. Am so excited but also nervous and anxious. Did this about 7 years ago when I was funnily enough 7 years younger and probably about 4 stone lighter. Did it then in 45mims so guess I'm looking at finishing within the hour!! Have raised Β£850 of people hard earned cash for the charity so there's no pulling out. Guess I'd better get off the sofa and wipe the trainers over! Wish me luck people! πŸ˜‰ xx

ONLY two stone???!!!!!! That's amazing! Believe in yourself and if you have to walk a bit then walk a bit - completing it is the most important thing. Make sure you leave a little bit in the tank to run across the finish line and give yourself a huge high five at the end! You'll be great!

2 stone is almost 13kg, that's a tremendous achievement! Well done and good luck :)

I did it!!!! 5k in 38.19 minutes. Am over the moon. Considering my weight I never thought it'd be possible. Such a good atmosphere and feels like I now starting my journey rather than finishing it. Thanks everyone for support. Xxx
