Ok so this week i started to notice that alot of running is in your mind. Finding that focus and drive to keep moving even when your legs start to ache and they feel like they're made of lead. This has been a challenging week for me personally but running has taught me resilience and grit even through the toughest times.
So heres a picture of me post run, it was raining which was surprisingly nice. I managed to run about 4.5 km in 25 mins so hoping 30 mins will get me to 5k!!! I hope youre all pressing on with your own journeys. Keep moving forward c25k team We will do this!!

You are absolutely right, there's a lot of mental strength needed for this running thing.
Well done for reaching week 7, you're so close to graduation now. Don't worry about achieving the 5K, very few do that. As long as you run for 30 minutes three times, then you'll gain your graduation status! But you sound quite speedy anyway. Just keep the pace nice and slow until after graduation, you don't want to end up injured just before you graduate.
