Did my middle run of week 9 yesterday . Actually becoming to feel more comfortable with each run now - not clock watching and having belief in myself that I won't fail. Think I really need to start strengthening exercises because it's my legs that begin to suffer rather than my breathing. Planning on doing my final run tomorrow but the forecast here is for heavy rain and I hate that!
