So having epicly failed at the first hurdle and needing to take at least a couple of weeks off while my shins sort themselves out (and forgive me) I found the Strength and Flex podcast also run by the NHS. I want to keep my new found momentum of getting up and moving in the mornings and this seems quite good already. Would recommend this for anyone who’s had a set back like me just to keep you motivated while you wait so W1 S&F 1 - done ✅ 👍😁

Sorry to hear you are having difficulties but bide your time and only start when you are able. I have also just downloaded the S&F podcasts to try but not started them yet. I'm am on WK4 last run tomorrow and wanted to do some strengthening exercise too, so am interested as to how these are?
Hope your shins feel better soon. 😃
