Week9 Run2

Well that was really hard! 5 minutes in and my legs were like lead. 10 minutes in and I was trying really hard to tell myself that I had done this once already and I should really try to get to at least 15 minutes before I stopped. Counting down the last 10 minutes. BUT I made it! Definitely having at least 1 rest day before the final run. Can’t believe that at 48 years old, nearly 4 stone overweight I can jog along (very slowly) for 30 whole minutes!!!!

Thank you! Friday is run day.... (followed by the obligatory glass of something vaguely alcoholic in the evening) 🤣

Well done.

Try to find distractions so that you are not clock watching.

Enjoy your graduation run.
