Knee pain

Hi guys and gals, unfortunately due to the pain I have in my right knee I have to abandon my c25k journey but this is not goodbye. As soon as I have sorted my knee out my c25k journey will continue. I will still be here for anyone who needs me for support, advice or just a kick in the butt. I’m still here for you all😊😉

It's so frustrating having to stop. I had to stop for quite a long time, but I'm running again. So be of good cheer, I'm sure you will get back to it, give your knee time to heal.
