This is my 1st run since Graduation. I had planned a 7 day break for holiday to Cyprus but this was extended to 13 days due to "life events". To be precise- after completing my graduation run on 10th April I headed to salon to get nails done for holidays - had a lovely time chatting and buzzing about completing programme π Left salon to walk up hill in to town to pick up last minute shopping - tripped over my feet and went down like a tonne of bricks π«π«π« Cut my hands, elbow and knee and pulled a muscle in my chest trying to break fall - what a performance!!! Chest strain really uncomfortable on holiday but luckily I had plenty of time to relax. Was putting off run and longer I left it the more worried I wsd getting that I would have lost any previous "fitness". Read a lot of posts on here this morning and decided to get on treadmill and see how it went- delighted to be able to still do 30 minutes - buzzing again! Happy running everyone πββοΈπ

Well done for getting back to it - and glad you've healed well! Not quite what you wanted right before a holiday I'm sure, although if it helped to make sure you got lots of rest & relaxation then it's not all bad...
