Hi guys....
Just finished week 1 run 2. Knew what to expect so just got on with it. Feeling the usual soreness at the front of my Thighs but that will pass over time.
Really looking forward to reaching back in to those weeks where the runs are longer but I have to build back up to that again.
Was wondering to myself earlier how far and how long I would've been running for now if I didn't have to stop this programme back in November. No doubt I would've been covering a good amount of miles every week. Not to mention the changes in my body, weight loss etc. I wasn't even dieting before and when I reached the end of week 8, I had lost 5kg. I've put that weight back on unfortunately but not for long.
Looking forward to the positive changes that this programme brings along with it.
